Bodywork sessions are a personalized blend of informed manual soft tissue work and intuitive touch. May include a variety of deep tissue, swedish, and myofascial release techniques, as well as assisted stretches, active release and trigger point therapy. Relieve built-up muscle tension and stress, lower blood pressure, improve overall mood and sense of wellbeing.

Myofascial Release techniques are used to tap into the connective tissue matrix and release restrictions that may have developed due to repetitive movement, lack of movement, emotional suppression or trauma. Tuning in to these restrictions is the key to authentic healing, allowing us to nix a dehydrated and stiff vital whole-body system, causing pain and decreased mobility, and transform it back into a freely mobile, pain-free body.
